All you need to do is give us a call - quoting your Dyson model number or send us an email with your details and we will arrange to collect your old Dyson from you.

If you have a broken Dyson DC14, DC15, DC18 or DC (any higher number than 14) to dispose of, anywhere within the UK mainland (not Scottish highlands and offshore islands), and are able to package it up, we will pay a courier to collect it from you to be recycled. It's better than taking it down to the local tip when we will have it collected from you, and you can be sure it will get recycled this way.
