Note: In the unlikely event that we collect a Dyson machine, quote for a repair, and you decide not to go ahead, we will deliver your machine back to you free of charge. It won't cost you a penny! We will only carry out any work on your machine after prior consultation with you, and your approval of the cost. We will stick to our quotes -- no nasty surprises!

Please note our terms for this service: We ONLY offer our free collection/delivery for Dyson vacuum cleaners. We do not offer this service for other brands of machines. We ONLY accept cash on return delivery of your Dyson; we do not accept cards, cheques, haggling or excuses. If you are not home at the pre-arranged time slot for the return of a machine, this will incur further charges for our wasted time.

Evening & Sunday Service: We ONLY offer evening and Sunday collections/deliveries in Gorton, Reddish, Denton, Hyde and Mottram.
